Victoria

Victoria is the lead designer and builder of luxury locomotives for the Rose Corporation.  She's a very sought after artisan currently working on an ambitious project designed to carry passengers underground within a network of tunnels that traverse an entire city.  This sub-terrain travel system named Cloud 9, is the wave of the future and Victoria is leading the charge.
